Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30 day return policy. Orders that are returned within the 30 day return policy, will incur a 15% restocking fee charge, deducted from your refund. If your return is due to an error on our part, we will give you full credit, replacement, or refund. If the return is due to an error on your part and the garment is in UNWORN, RE-SALABLE condition, you only have to pay the re-shipping costs to return the product to us as long as it's in the 30 day return window.

Sale items: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns or exchanges accepted.

Custom-Pre-Orders, Rhinestone Pre-Orders and Seasonal Leotards:  These items are NOT RETURNABLE and are FINAL SALE purchases, as they have been made just for you!

 

Any Order Discrepancies :Please upon delivery inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and make this issue right. email support@cocovida.co
